The Season of Discoveries

Tags: family

As we were preparing for a dinner function earlier, Mother came out exclaiming, “I think I’ve got a white hair!”

I helped her search and true enough, a single white strand of hair stood out among the black ones. I plucked it out and handed it to her.

Congratulations Mother. Your second white hair in 47 years.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Wow. I have to say, that’s quite an unique Christmas gift.. a white hair LOL. At least we’re all young in God’s eyes.. no matter how much white hairs we may have!

Merry Christmas to you too, Nadine 🙂

lol My mom is 39 and full of gray/silver hairs! lol but she’s blonde, so it’s hard to tell where they are. My mom loves her gray hairs because she can’t wait until she’s a grandma. 😀

Hehe, I remember when someone told me I had a white hair. I made them pull it out also.

Wow, she doesn’t have white hair still?! My mom has a lot! And she’s around your mom’s age!!

Hee hee! I started getting grey hairs in my beard /and/ on my head in my late 20’s! Funny how different it is for each person…

Is your mother thrilled to have grey hair or is she looking at them with disgust and shock? My mom tends to tend to those grey hairs of hers like they’re the last roses on earth.

Then again, with age brings wisdom. Most of the time.

Hope you had a blessed Christmas!
