Nadine loves to smile. She was a happy kid when she was younger. But her teenage years changed her. Still, she is working her way back to the happy-go-lucky image she portrays, the girl everyone thought she was. She enjoys a good laugh. She used to be funny, keeping her family and friends entertained with her witty humour. Sadly, she has lost most of that humour now.

She just turned 23 in June, and has yet to bid farewell to her teenage years. She still feels like she’s in her mid-teens. (Well, she looks like she is anyway.) Born and raised in a small country island, she has never set foot on a plane before.

Currently, she is pursuing a diploma in struggling in a course that she once loved (but has since lost interest in the field), but is unable to handle the workload.

She is currently at a loss as to how to continue this.

• When she laughs hard, she is: 1) an embarrassment, 2) an attraction and, 3) quite a sight.
• She has two dimples.
• Where studies are concerned, she is quite a slacker.
• She was part of the track team, the basketball team, the netball team and currently, the canoe team.
• She came in first for a national race when she was 12.
• She devours more books than food.
• Last year, she learnt (from a colleague) that she suffers from bipolar disorder.

to accomplish in 2008

1. Have at least SG$500 each in my POSB and UOB account.
2. Attain a (motor)bike license.
3. Read 1984.
4. Learn to play the (electric) guitar well.
5. Improve my drumming.
6. Be behind the bar. as of June 22, 2008
7. Learn to surf with Perrine.
8. Just shuffle any style since it doesn’t matter till someone disses.
