Nadine is a smart girl. And today, she has learnt her lesson well. She became smarter.

Due to the fact that I didn’t get my paycheck yesterday (it’s a freakin’ long story which made me freakin’ pissed until I was about to have a BF. But that story deserves an entry on it’s own. Not here), I am extremely broke and had to pay my bus fare via coins. Again.

But, whatever. So anyway, having learnt my lesson from the last bus trip, I decided to drop 55 cents for my fare. True enough, I was issued a 55 cents ticket without question. Yay for me!

On my second bus ride, I did not have a five cents coin with me. So I decided to pay 60 cents instead. The bus driver issued another child ticket without question. Nadine scores two!!

Thank goodness the bus drivers were either too lazy to argue with me, or they really didn’t bother. Then again, maybe they thought I was still a kid after all. If they made a huge fuss, I could just drop in another 20/25 cents. No worries.

But, what the hell, I made it!
