50-50 Chance

I knew it was going to happen.

Since registration has started for the polytechnics, I knew that with my past record of being thrown out of Singapore Poly, chances of me getting into a course that I actually want would be rather slim.

But hearing it is a different thing.

Today was my first interview at Temasek Poly for Diploma in Interactive Media Design and I was a complete wreck. Instead of two weeks, I had only two short days to complete my portfolio. I thus spent my last two days in fractic codings and resizing of images.

When it comes to formality, I’m not that great. So I sought the help of my reliable critic, Per, to view my folio before I let myself turn in for the night—or rather, for the morning since it was almost two.

If you wish to view it, you may do so here.

To cut the whole thing short, I was placed on the waiting list due to my black record. So that means if all the darn O Level people take all the places in this course, I don’t stand a chance.

That is what happens when you’re not in priority.
