First Week + Family Celebration
Friday, June 3rd, 2005 @ 23:00
I survived my first week of school. Oddly, even though I took two more modules in DMMT than in DICT, (I’m taking a total of eight modules now) I feel like the lessons at my former course seem to go at a faster pace than my current one.
I’m sad to say my class isn’t that united. I’ve always envied classes that stay together and are rather power in everything. I know it’s the first week and all that but… I wish we could gum together really well.
Maybe I’m hoping and wishing for too much.
After drawing classes today, I managed to rally the whole class to take a picture together:

I went home with Jun Wei and waiting for us at my place were three homemade pizzas and two homemade brownies. Special occasion? An early birthday celebration for Nicole and I. Her big day’s this Sunday while mine’s on Wednesday but my siblings are flying off to Thailand next week (lucky ducks!) for a church camp.

Laughing as we felt like poseus pretending to blow out our candles as they’ve been extinguished earlier.
Mother’s amazing when it comes to pizza-making. And I have to say that for once, Nicole was successful in baking something rather decent and nice to eat. The brownies were really chocolatey sweet. Ah, the pleasures of someone with an extremely sweet tooth 😛
