On the way to school

Tags: random · rant · school

I was (for once) prepared for my IWED lessons for the day. Charged with my CORE: Web Application Developement with PHP and MySQL, I made my way to school.

This book is so thick, I would very much rather carry my bible any other day. It kept slipping in my hands because I was a tad sweaty from rushing to catch the train. As I adjusted the book for the 208th time (as the train doors were opened), I noticed the gap between the train and the platform and wondered whether the book would be too thick to drop into the gap.

Before I could even attempt to place the book into that gap, the doors closed with a whoosh.

At this moment, I am sitting in the lab with my CORE: Web Application Developement with PHP and MySQL beside the monitor. And we have not touched it so far.

I thank you not James Ang.

Is it an interesting book? Or…would it be an interesting book if you were interested in PHP and MySQL?

I’m sorry you’re feeling so frusterated. ((hugs))
(I put you in my friendship mini-quilt on my quilt! 😀 )

Wow! I’m sorry that you had to bring your book, and you didn’t even use it! I know how that’s like, though… I’ve had that happen far too many times… *sigh*…

Wow. Interative Web Design sounds much like an interesting module. 🙂 Anyway, do you get to use the book in the end? I hope you do, even if it’s just for a minute. Else, just take it as a form of exercise, to errr, train your arms?
