More Rain Please

Tags: rant

“Hallelujah!” I thought as the light raindrops splattered on the windows of the bus.

Just as I said my thanks, the drizzle turned into a downpour. By the time I got out of the bus to switch to another, it was flooding.

I thought it was a good time to rain since the past few weeks have been extremely hot and humid. I had no choice but to run through a well flooded road in the rain, soaking my lovely Vans and jeans.

But, hey! I didn’t mind because, hey! It’s raining!

Little did I know that the sun came out, hotter than ever, drying up every raindrop on the hard ground.

Like it didn’t rained at all today.

rain is only ever good when you’re indoors. or if you’re feeling demented enough to run and dance in it. rain when on a bus is the WORST its always soooo stuffy

Yeah. Same expereinces today. Light, downpour, wet jeans. Only no sun, but I like the rain, so it didn’t matter. Hope this weather keeps going. Anyway, ‘hi” from Canada!

I experienced that; and despite my brief gratitude for the equally brief ‘downpour’, I’m left cursing the heat in all its evilness. ^^

When I want it to rain here, I usually just wash my car because it rains the next day. Always.

Rain is always great especially if you live in a hot and humid place.

When it’s raining when you’re in a bus, it makes the bus worse than it already was. Rain is good though. But not if there’s too much of it…like where I live.
